Returns & Refunds

At Scentury Scents, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, and items that are opened or not in their original condition will not qualify for a return.
